<p data-start="584" data-end="1048">A comprehensive roadmap was developed to unify procurement and supply chain governance across the four countries. This involved aligning local procurement managers on sourcing standards and KPIs, empowering a central analytics team in Johannesburg to deploy a compliance monitoring BI tool, implementing a standardised supplier catalogue approved by the Chief Procurement Officer, and engaging legal counsel to validate supplier profiles for regulatory compliance.</p>
