A mining company unified procurement standards and deployed a central BI tool, improving transparency, compliance, and sustainability across its African operations.

This project was instrumental in bringing structure and accountability to our procurement and supply chain operations across a complex regional landscape. The team helped us move from fragmented, locally managed processes to a unified, data-led model that aligns with both our internal governance standards and external ESG commitments. The new BI-led compliance monitoring, combined with a centralised supplier framework, has significantly improved transparency and built trust with stakeholders across our communities and regulators. It's a major step forward in strengthening both our operational resilience and our social licence to operate.
