Myles

Myles Jackson leads the recruitment and resourcing for XPS. He has specialist experience to help build teams to deliver large multi-country technology programmes and he now oversees all of the recruitment teams within the LHi Group.  

Myles has worked in recruitment since 2011 and in this time helped businesses across EMEA find the best talent on a freelance and permanent employment basis. He has worked at LHi since 2015 originally starting Lawrence Harvey's freelance Microsoft Dynamics team and going on to help lead the Salesforce and Data & Analytics teams.

Jim is ultimately responsible for the Group's commitment and success in achieving its long-term Strategy & Vision. A large part of his role is ensuring that the business is in good health financially in terms of hitting and exceeding year on year P&L targets, but also that the group is in good health from a cultural standpoint, so that whilst we strive for year on year rapid growth, we do so while still holding on to our core principles of the “Younger You” and the “Good Human” ethos that run through the core of LHi.

Jim has 15 years' experience in the recruitment market. He spent the first eight years of his career recruiting within the UK & EU Tech contract markets at Huntress Group, It’s here Jim embarked on his initial leadership journey successfully scaling the contracts business and becoming Director of UK & European Contracts. On joining LHi Jim had the opportunity to gain experience working across the Oil & Gas and the Life Sciences markets prior to moving to LA to set up LHi’s West Coast office. With the LA office successfully on its feet after 18 months and succession firmly in place, Jim then moved back to London to take on the Group MD role overseeing the group's global sales growth prior to taking on his current role as Group CEO.

Something you might not know

Having moved to California for a few years, Jim is now a huge American Football fan…let's go RAMS! However, outside of work, Jim is usually found doing one of two things….Spending time with his wife and young daughter or out on the golf course!

Mike is extremely proud to be LHi’s longest serving employee. Starting as a graduate in 2007, he very quickly worked his way up the ladder to now heading up LHi Inc. in New York. It’s safe to say Mike encompasses the company visions and values. He has a real passion for recruitment and is one of the most successful leaders within the LHi Group.

Something you might not know...

Mike has an obsession with classic cars, his current project is restoring a 1971 911 Porsche to its original state.

Responsible for the growth of the group, I joined the business when we were one office, one brand, circa 40 heads. We are now eight offices, three countries and over 300 heads, that’s a lot of growth. 

I look after all things ‘People’ at LHi, from hiring and onboarding our next generation of LHi people, to ensuring that everyone in the group has equitable opportunities to progress their careers, in an inclusive environment. I am really passionate about the personal and professional development of everyone who works in the Group, providing opportunities for people to step outside of their comfort zones to experience real growth is always at the forefront of what we do at LHi, and I’m incredibly grateful and fortunate to have the chance to help our people achieve this, as I am grateful to have done this myself. 

My own recruitment career began as a recruiter placing graduates into the London recruitment market, working with agencies to develop their Graduate recruitment campaigns. It was here where I was first introduced to Lawrence Harvey who was then a 6-person team working out of an apartment in Clapham. As a client, I worked closely with Tom and his team to identify all levels of talent for the business and even placed current Chief Sales Officer; Mike Bott as a graduate in 2005. 

Something else...

One of those strange ‘morning’ people which I can probably attribute to 4.30am starts back in North Queensland working in the family horse racing stables. Not the most glamorous of starts to working life, nor good for a teenager’s social life but one that has given me an undying love of the beautiful animal and an inability to sleep in.

Kim is a passionate marketer, focused on brand awareness and results-driven marketing. She heads up the marketing team at LHi supporting and servicing all of our brands in all aspects of their marketing. With over a decade of experience within the recruitment industry, working in an array of market sectors, she adds an invaluable specialist quality to the LHi team.

She joined 2013 from a large international recruitment company and has built what is now a highly regarded marketing function supporting all the brands. She has been instrumental in the brand creation of Harper Harrison, Piper Maddox and SciPro in multiple international offices.

Kim spends most of her time (and money) following Bruce Springsteen around the world like a stalker.

Originally from Australia, Ed qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in Melbourne before heading over to London in 2006, and use it as a base for his European travels.

He has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, working with numerous geographic locations and sectors.

Ed joined LHi in 2018 and his main responsibilities are two-fold, to ensure the financial robustness of the Group, and to work as part of the leadership team to deliver our future growth plans.

Ed is also Chairman of the APSCO FD Forum so is able to gain in-depth peer to peer knowledge and best practice.
